It seems like the traditional ways are always the best.

Having no idea _why_ the web server was truncating the download file,
the server got rebooted, and everything now seems fine. So, feel free
to start downloading the Ruby 1.6.2 installer from

We took the opportunity to fix the broken link to RubyWin from the
Start menu. However, there is still an outstanding issue with using
putc inside RubyWin: we're working on this.
