I've been thteatening to launch Rubyx for a while, but the documentation is 
taking longer than expected ;)

It's still not finished, but the latest is available at 

	www.rubyx.org

The stuff to look at is Rationale, features, using rubyx and rubyx manual. The 
rest is placeholder at the moment.

Any comments/feedback/criticism/editing welcome!
