The internet way for development has been mostly via email-lists. I guess that'll change slowly. But I, for one, haven't been able to use somewhat reliable news service for a long time. So I'd keep ruby-dev-en at least on the mailing list form (maybe c.l.r.devel could be formed later). - Aleksi
