Alex replies (last week) to my question of last week: > I'm not sure what you mean by handling multi-stage POSTs - do you mean > ones with data persisting in hidden fields that are sent back and forth > a few times? No, the results of the initial POST is a page with meta-tags forcing refreshes every second, until the real results page is available and can be returned. Turns out I wasn't reading the RFC quite right -- simply repeating the POST with the same HTTP::Request worked just fine. And thanks for the pointers towards other web-testing packages for Ruby. I'll explore and introduce locally. Joseph Beckenbach lead XP tester, Eidogen Inc. http://acceptor.tigris.org/
