AFAIK, no. However, there was some recent discussion of maybe doing a Ruby 
version of the Perl Monks web site.

PS: This looks like another newsgroup post that didn't get mirrored on 
ruby-talk. (Anyone up to doing a USA-side checking program for unmirrored 
posts?)

PPS: http://blade.nagaokaut.ac.jp/ruby/comp.lang.ruby/5001-5200.shtml (the 
latest available block) doesn't have any entries after 01/01/03 21:48:24. 
Is that a problem, or is their really a multiple day latency?
