Hi all,

I'm fairly new to ruby (about 2 weeks) but I have been completely
converted from using Python.  I have just finished a useable
implementation of Michael Haggert's Gnuplot.py module in ruby and would
like to make it available to the other's in the ruby community.  I've
seen the application archive (I peruse it daily) and would like to add
this package to it.  Before I do so I have a few questions:

1) What type of information should I bundle with the module?
2) Is it necessary to have a supporting web page for it?

Sorry if I missed this in an FAQ or other documentation.
