Didn't notice that 'template' is used in place of 'stylesheet'. To me
a 'template' would be something like this:

<html>
<head>
<title>#{title}</title>
<body>
<h1>#{title}<h1>
<h2>#{date}</h2>
#{ads}
#{news}
#{disclaimer}
</body>
</html>

Perhaps calling a stylesheet a stylesheet is a good idea (TM)?
