Actually, in Java you can do this (or at least, you could in the past):

void foo()
{
    for(int i = 0;i < 100;i++)
    {
        for(int j = 100;j > 0;j--)
        {
            if(i == j) break bar;
       }
    }
bar:
}

As long as you don't mind using labels.
