what kind of support were you looking for?

tcl/tk hasn't been abandoned...it's actively being developed...

if you need/want to pay money for tcl/tk support, i think you'll find
everything you want on comp.lang.tcl

i was a bit suprised reading your post, i hadn't noticed any change in the
level of 'support'
