Sorry for beeing stupid, but I do not understand, what you propose. Do
you propose the single file scheme, or the multi file one?

Why we cannot write documentation in script simply using English, and
then write the language specific documentation in simple files without
code? If I would had a proper makefile, I could use `rdtool' to generate
appropiate documents.

What did I miss?
