I just DL'd these and will try it on a virgin Win box (no Tcl/Tk install) but
create the exe on the Unix box.

Soemtime later today, or tomorrow, I will do this and let you know.  Perhaps a
similar concept would work for ruby packaging, as nothing could be simpler than
distributing a single exe and saying "Run this", right :-)
