Ah, but if you use mutt, you can just change the reply_regexp like so:

set reply_regexp    '^(\[[a-z0-9:-]+\][ \t]*)?(re([\[0-9\]+])*|aw):[ \t]*'

to support this type of Subject: line.

i highly doubt you will be able to do this with Outlook. (blech!)
