I just discovered that documentation for the "standard library" in the
1.8 installer for windows does'nt appear in htmlo format.
This is'nt a great problem to me, but I suppose it should appear in

$ruby\doc\Ruby-1.8.0\

(actually this directory contains two subdirs:
- /doc: contains irb stuff, forwardable.rd, shell.rd.. where is
  everything else?
- /sample: why this directory is here? why don't put stuff in
  $ruby/samples ?

(ruby -v
ruby 1.8.0 (2003-05-26) [i386-mswin32]
)
