I'm curious about this.

This is not a practical question, as none of
my current projects really relate to this.

I've been reading about Jetty in the Java
world, and the ways it can be used for unit
and integration tests.

Those who know about Jetty and about WEBrick:
I'm wondering if WEBrick could be used as-is
in much the same way?
