You might want to include the book in question 2 (how did you hear of
Ruby?).  Otherwise I have a feeling you'll be seeing a lot of it in
"Other".

I actually tried to submit the survey, and couldn't.  It may just be
some weirdity on my end.  I'll see if I can figure it out, and let you
know if it seems like something other than a local glitch.
