I don't have the authority to say yes or no,
and I'm not sure who does.

But I will say that *if* other languages are
used, it would be nice if each link that pointed
to a page in another language was notated in
some way.

It would be a little frustrating to follow an
interesting link to another page, only to
find it was in an unreadable language.
