I have another idea ;-)))

Could the RD format be more explained in the Ruby-Manual? I think in
the manual there should be a section, that deals with the RD format.
Furthermore it should be mentioned there, what tools are available to
parse that format and generate documentation.

As I have begun to document my lib, I was not aware, that there is a
special Ruby document format like Perl's POD.

We should mention it for the beginners, which will use the manual to
learn Ruby.
