On a similar note, has the possibility of using more traditional
brackets (i.e. "{" and "}") been discussed?  It would help those of
us who like to hit a key to jump to the other end of the current
block.  (I know, I know, in emacs you can do it -- you can do
anything in emacs -- but somtimes I happen to want to use vi..)

I assume there's no chance of this, since it would complicate the
syntax, it's not backwards-compatible, it would probably result in
ambiguities with procs and hashes , etc.  But I thought I'd mention it...
