We have never seen this kind of error message....
I don't know exactly, but please try below:

* tDiary-1.5.2(or 1.5.3) may not work with ruby-1.8.0.
  -> Please try latest CVS version(which support ruby-1.8.0-preview2).
     And update ruby-1.8.0 to ruby-1.8.0-preview2.
  -> Or please try tDiary-1.5.2 with ruby-1.6.8.
* Remove cache files once.
  rm @data_path/cache/*.parser.
* Check access permissions of @data_path/ and @data_path/cache/ again.

If it'll not work yet, tell me:
* What plugins do you use?
  ls plugin/ 
* Show me your tdiary.conf.
