Hi,

I have downloaded the newest version of the rdtools. In the README.html
description there is mentioned, that I can use the [-- XXX --] command
for indexing purposes.

I  have done it in a sample doc, and looked the HTML output. I can see,
that there was an anchor `<A NAME="index">XXX</A>' defined. But how to
access it? Is there any tool, that will generate an index of such
entries?

I have found nothing in the README.html. Please enlight me ;-)
