How about an entry box on each RAA page, asking "what search keywords
would you expect this to be in the return list of?" Underneath, you
could have a list of keywords that people have already entered, or, for
absolute startup simplicity, just have the webpage store "entry,
keyword" pairs in a file. That way, whatever keyword scheme the RAA
chooses to adopt, the data will be there and ready for immediate
deployment.

And if (as is likely) the greatbiglist needs some human editing to make it
more useful, count me in as a volunteer.
