Ok! Done! It seems to solve the problem for me :-) May I make two
proposals...

	(1) Add the howto access anon-CVS into README. Simple 3 lines
	    like on the homepage. I am too lazy to first look onto the
	    homepage and *then* use cvs. :-)

	(2) Deliver distribution tarballs *with* CVS information (means
	    CVS subdirectories). The distribution would become larger 	 
	    for 20 K. The advantage, however, is that if I would like 	 
	    to update it via anon-CVS, I would not have to checkout the 
	    whole tree.
