Gavin suggested us to have a "More..." link underneath
of both sections.  We are planning to add this feature
in the near future (but not this weekend.)  For now,
please use Recent Update page like
http://raa.ruby-lang.org/recent.rhtml?from=2003-02-15
(Though New arrivals and Recent updates are mixed.)
