Just didn't know where to look, or the documentation isn't quite out there yet. It seems some documentation, and some additional comments in the RAA are all *I* needed. I still haven't seen anyone else say, "well there is X module that I couldn't do my project in Ruby without, so I had to do it in Perl" -- oh, except to make it easy with something equivalent to the CPAN shell: perl -MCPAN -e shell So, Daniel, do you have a pointer for that too? I thought I knew a good bit about ruby, but I've had some eye openers today, I need to shut up and dig through the distribution sources... I think this just goes to show that everyone should get over their CPAN envy, because it is un-necessary. > > > > > SNMP - an interface to UCD SNMP > > I see two on the RAA. > > Regards, > > Dan -- "Daniel P.
