Hi,

  Is there a RAA mirror site?

  These days I often have some difficulties in getting
Ruby tools for example Ruby-GD, and Ruby-Google, Ruby-SOAP4R, and so on,
because the tools are often hosted by personal web servers,
and they sometimes are not accessible because of their technical
problems. Now I cannot get ruby-GD by this reason.
 This can be a great loss of new Ruby users, I think.

 I have searched RAA mirror site for packages, but i couldn't find it.
Please, help me...
