As far as I know, none.

Production level translation cost from Japanese to English is
astonishingly expensive.  If we can sell 20,000 copies for sure,
publishers may move.  From the sales result of the Pickaxe book and
Ruby in a Nutshell, it won't be realistic in the near future.
