When I was toying with Python I came across this page:

I was never 100% successful in getting Aqua Tk to work. However, contact Tony and see if he has any suggestions on how to get it to run natively.

I think if you use the following site:

http://www.apple.com/downloads/macosx/unix_open_source/tcltk.html

You may be able to get Aqua Tk running. But you will have to link the files in the framework to /usr/lib.

It takes some fiddling around with.
