I tried to write one nice sentence but faild, so i'll leave that to you. i don't know its detailed enogh but here is, i think, what the line means - Ruby is designed Object Oriented in its mind. - Object oriented is one of the ruby's policies and it's nicely affecting throughout the language. - Object Oriented design neatly classifies ruby's rich and powerfull features (functionalities?). - and that's easy to understand hope it helps... -- yashi
