Replace

         "ping 10.0.0.0 -n 30 -w 1000 > NUL",

with

         "ping 10.0.0.0 -n 30 -w 1000 ",
         "ping 10.0.0.0 -n 60 -w 1000 ",
         "ping 10.0.0.0 -n 90 -w 1000 "
