I'm rebuilding a PC, and have installed the one-click-install Windows
version (1.6.7.1 and 1.7.2.1) from Ruby Central.  rd2 and rd2.bat are not
part of either  installation.  Is this deliberate?  I managed to get a copy
by installing 1.6.5, but was wondering if rd was dropped from the bundle.
