Hi everybody,

I just released version 3.0.0 of cmdparse, an advanced CLI command
parser supporting nested commands!

Homepage for installation instructions and documentation:
   http://cmdparse.gettalong.org

The original version of cmdparse was released back in 2005 and was not
changed much since then (not really needed) but it was time to bring
cmdparse up-to-date and use some nice features or recent Ruby versions!

Have a look at the [Quickstart] section for a short overview or go
through the [Tutorial] for a more in-depth look.

[Quickstart]: http://cmdparse.gettalong.org/#quickstart
[Tutorial]: http://cmdparse.gettalong.org/tutorial.html

Here are the main changes:

* License changed to MIT!
* Top level options and global options are now separated
* Easier on the fly definition of commands
* Better help output (automatic formatting of long lines even for
option descriptions , automatic argument name detection, กฤ)
* Keyword arguments are now used for better code readability
* The CmdParse::VERSION constant is now a simple version string instead
  of an array
* Better API documentation and expanded tutorial
* Better website design and integration of the API documentation into
  the website

Cheers,
  Thomas
