Good question, but I don't know the answer, and I didn't see any obvious
pointers. Perhaps they were part of a conference presentation.

FWIW: On http://www.perl.com/pub/au/Christiansen_Tom, there is an old
(1996) link to http://www.perl.com/pub/language/versus/python.html with a
comparison of Perl and Python. http://language.perl.com/versus/ has a
pointer to essentially equivalent text.

Tom Christansen has many c.1999 posts to comp.lang.python (see deja.com
powersearch), which I haven't checked out.
