I believe in KDE you get konqueror, though even that's probably
configurable.  I use konqueror occasionally but I don't use KDE (as much
as one can say that while knowing that when konqueror is installed you
get a boatload of KDE with, and when konqueror fires up a good chunk of
KDE gets awakened for support).
