I can't consider most of these errata. You are objecting to layout 
choices intended to conserve some vertical space on the printed page.

Anyway, please send these reports of perceived errata to me, as the 
publisher ignores corrections not specified by the author.  If you feel 
it important to post them to the public, that's okay, but copy them to 
me as well, because I don't always see everything here, especially since 
general message volume has been so high in recent months.
