Yes.  But,... wait a minute, I've got an idea. ... done.
Well, I just implemented unbound method right now. It seems to work fine.

For example,

  String.instance_method(:clone).call("a")    #=> cloned string "a"
  Class.instance_method(:new).call("a")       #=> TypeError

It's just an experimental code, I'm not decided that it will be
included in 1.6 yet.
