No the price will be the same as for the other Scripting/Python IDEs.

And Open Source ? Hmm.... how many persons are out there
how can/want read 150.000 lines of Eiffel code that interfaces with
another bulk of ugly (by definition) C++ code.

But we are developing a memory profiler  that gives you 
exact numbers of what part of  the program is allocating how 
much memory. I believe that this will be published as 
open source, because we must patch the ruby core for this.
