Does that means 1.0 volt peak-to-peak at 750 Ohms?

How do you take the voltage coming in to the USB 2 & 3 pins and convert 
to digital?

All the cameras I looked at had similar specs - not being a EE type I 
thought it was software's job to convert to a digital signal.
