I am trying to get Passenger working with RVM.

I must have something wrong in my apache2.conf, when I restart apache
I get the following error
Invalid command 'PassengerRuby', perhaps misspelled or defined by a
module not included in the server configuration

Here is what I have setup

I am sure I am just doing something stupid, I just don't know what.
