Just to let you all know that there seems to be a problem with
dev.rubycentral.com. I'm not sure if it's a routing issue or if the
machine is down.

If anyone _can_ get though.. I was in the middle of uploading the
latest reference manual when the connection was broken. I suspect that 
one of the pages at least is corrupted, and there will be some broken
links in the rest.

Sorry about this - I'll get it fixed just as soon as I can connect to
it.
