I don't want to spoil all the fun but I think this is essential part of the deal. > ______________________________________________________________ > | | > | Why should people learn Ruby? | > | | > ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ When one gets into gem business one can't fool around long before kicked out because of stupidity. Or, learning to *trust* no one. I think it would be scary if we try to sell our precious gem just by announcing it's Carats. I hope we can assure more people of the real value if we do not only show the shiny facets but also teach where to look for stains and cracks, and see if they can see them or don't care. Or, who knows, maybe they just buy it to make it better. Or, simply love it as it is. ______________________________________________________________ | | | Why should people skip Ruby? | | | ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Maybe we will get a todo list. Hopefully most of points you make will be non-existent in near future. But probably we'll see few unpredictable notes. I hope so. - Aleksi
