Well, if you're comfortable with HTML, JS, and CSS, you can make
desktop or mobile apps in Ruby using http://www.appcelerator.com/,
which is kind of OT (no d-n-d IDE), but if it helps, great. I keep
meaning to use it, but web apps are more my line.
