I run ruby-doc.org; it appears OK to me.

I was updating files the other day, maybe that was interfering.

If you have problem with the site, wait a bit and try again.

If you have a persistent problem, drop me line with details.

(Errors in the API docs themselves, though, need to be corrected in the 
Ruby source code, so the best plan is to post a patch file with your 
corrections to ruby-core or ruby-doc mailing lists.)
