I've been looking for a few days online but I can't find an exhaustive
list of all the Ruby callbacks / hooks, like "inherited",
"method_missing", "const_missing", "included", "extended", etc.. Is
there a page I've not found? If not, could we build an exhaustive list
here and now? :)
