Yes, I have all those emails...

The deadline (originally Jan 30)
was extended a few weeks. 
I hope to finalize this list by tomorrow
(Feb 19).

When I submit it to the publisher, 
I'll also post it to the list.

Where it will end up on the web, I 
don't know. I'll find a place to put
it up whether Sams does or not.
