release of Supply Order (Supplier PO tool) has been causing major performance 
degradation with Commerce One's own portal having to be re-booted every 48 
hours.&nbsp; It would now seem all users will be asked to upgrade to the next 
version.&nbsp; A useful revenue stunt as this will require portal operators to 
carry out&nbsp;a migration excercise to MarketSite 4.6, no upgrade is 
possible!!&nbsp; That'll have the hardware suppliers rubbing their 
hands.....</P>
