The contest allows an entry to use other open source packages.  Since Ruby
can be embedded in a C++ program, it will be acceptable to submit a C++
program that uses the Ruby runtime to run one or more Ruby scripts.  The
bulk of your code can be written in Ruby without breaking any of the
contests rules.
