Hello,

I upgraded to Ruby 1.9.1 and I was trying to install Mongrel: gem
install mongrel

I got the following error:

/usr/local/lib/ruby/gems/1.9.1/gems/mongrel-1.1.4 for inspection.

/usr/local/lib/ruby/gems/1.9.1/gems/mongrel-1.1.4/ext/http11/gem_make.out



Any ideas?
