I release isi-1.2.0, a converter from ISI Export Format to BibTeX Format. It runs both on 1.8 and 1.9. You can use isi as a library, too. ISI Web of Science (http://isiknowledge.com) provides its bibliographic information in ISI Export Format. You can get the tagged Marked List in Web of Science by clicking the [SAVE TO FILE] button.
