It's not clear to me how many strings you have to check, but if you
want to see if
a string doesn't match four possibilities in a regular expression this
is one way:

irb(main):001:0> a = "abcde"
=> "abcde"
irb(main):004:0> a !~ /Stamp|Create|6400|5400000/
=> true
irb(main):005:0> a = "TimeStamp"
=> "TimeStamp"
irb(main):006:0> a !~ /Stamp|Create|6400|5400000/
=> false
