I think it's a good idea, I had a hard week at work, and it was near
impossible reading everything this week
Fortunately now we have Ruby Weekly News, but anyway, I feel
like it's a good thing splitting the list.
Now, how to split it ?

* ruby-core - enhancing, debugging and testing ruby itself.
* ruby-ext    - extensions and module development
* ruby-help  - self explanatory
* ruby-lang - anything else that doesn't fall in any of the lists mentioned
above.

ruby-help is less discriminatory than ruby-newbie and won't
prevent more experienced users from using it.

cheers,
                  vruz
